TERRAGONE ENGINEERING, LLC is a specialty marine engineering company specializing in
seawalls, marinas and docks. We have over 17 years of continuous service to Florida with
progressively more complex and aggressive projects.

We currently serve from the lower Keys to Jacksonville, with a majority of our experience in
South East Florida.

We have recently completed design of over $30 million worth of hurricane recovery seawall
design in Daytona Beach and the design and permitting of the now under construction 160
wetslip and 400 dry stack megayacht and recreational marina at Atlantic Point, Stuart Florida.

During his widely varied career he has been responsible for Design, Specifications, Contract
documents as owner, Contract documents as Contractor, assembled heavy civil projects, heavy
civil and heavy coastal engineering projects. As a developer lead, he has a deep
understanding of project financing, the effects of contract language, responsible inspection and
project certification.

Mr. Anton is both and experience engineer and talented program manager. He has lead multi
disciplinary teams both in the public and private sectors. He has performed in both technically
and financially responsible positions to accomplish multi million dollar programs.

He has managed over $200 million worth of horizontal land development projects for his
employers in the years 2004-2007. In marine engineering we estimate the total construction
value of marine projects engineered is also well over $80 Million, not including the $9 Million
Marina project under construction.

His expertise lies both in technical and administrative functions and assembly and management
of diverse professionals for large project delivery.
